Access Benefits Group, AccessPoint’s in-house benefits agency, provides competitive healthcare rates to employers and their employees. Our team of licensed agents communicates directly with carriers to quote new business and provide renewal comparisons to existing clients. These agents are on hand to assist with open enrollment meetings, answer healthcare questions, and ensure compliance with government healthcare regulations.
Once the group(s) have made their decision on what plan(s) they will be offering to their employees, we work with our human resources and benefits specialists to obtain enrollment materials and seamlessly process a final plan election.
As of 2016, Access Benefits Group established an exclusive relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Care Network and Guardian. Our PEO clients with as few as five employees can now elect large group plans and rates. Employers are also able to elect healthcare and ancillary coverage outside the PEO offerings.
Our agency team coordinates with business development and human resources to obtain quoting materials. After working directly with the carriers’ underwriting teams, a prepared benefit quote is shared with the group. When the decision is made, we then obtain and process the necessary enrollment materials for the elected plan(s).
Only 20 percent of small business employers offer 401(k) retirement-savings plans to their employees. With our employee benefit specialists, all of your employees will have access to their own retirement plan.
With the Affordable Care Act (ACA) being over 13,000 pages of legislation, you may not have the time or resources to designate an ACA expert on staff. We have a team of medical benefits and ACA experts that keep you in compliance and avoid the pitfalls of the ACA.
