We have one goal – to provide the best service to all our clients every day, regardless of industry. We value our clients’ needs above all else, which allows them to focus on the things that matter most to their organization.
Because of these values, our services are recommended to others and our client retention and referral rates remain high. We’re thankful to all our friends and clients who trust us enough to have referred others. Through you, we’re able to affect positive change for our customers by allowing them to focus on their mission, increase revenue and grow faster.
We know that our best partners often come to us through peer reviews and endorsements. The relationships we build lead to open communication and confidence from trusting us to handle their business and keep their employees happy.
Referral Sources Reap Rewards
We’re rolling out a new referral program that will help our clients, employees, prospects and strategic partners get rewarded for referring new clients.
When you refer a company that would benefit from our team of HR experts, you’ll not only help them connect with a partner that will allow them to focus on their core business and not HR-related functions, but you’ll be rewarded too.
Here are some frequently asked questions about our referral program:
Q: How much is the referral benefit?
A: The benefit is based on the number of employees on the first payroll run for PEO, ASO and Charter School Services, with a $50 benefit per employee for successful referrals. The maximum reward is $10,000 per referral.
- $50 per employee
- $10,000 maximum per referral
Q: Who can receive the referral benefit?
A: We’re currently accepting referrals from internal employees, current clients, and strategic trusted advisors.
Q: How will I receive my referral benefit?
A: AccessPoint will send a check to the mailing address you provide on the referral form 30 days after the first payroll is run for the referred company. If you are an AccessPoint client already, then we can have you check delivered by your HR Manager. You may also choose to donate your referral benefit to one of the AccessPoint designated charitable partners.
Q: How do I refer someone?
A: Enter your information and the information on the referral to the AccessPoint Referral Program Page.
Q: What type of companies will count for the referral benefit?
A: The referral benefit is paid based on the employees for companies who run their payroll with AccessPoint after being referred. You can refer any company that you believe is a good fit. Our team will meet with them and confirm that we can be a successful partner.
Q: How do I know if my referral became a client?
A: We will notify you on the first payroll run date with an official referral program thank you. After you receive this, you should expect to receive the benefit within 30 days or sooner.
Q: Do I receive the referral benefit for prospects who do not become clients?
A: While we value all leads given to us through the program, we will only pay the referral benefit based on the number of employees on the first payroll run for those who become clients.
Q: Which AccessPoint services count for this program?
A: The current program is designated only for PEO services for companies with five or more employees.
